Europe has officially introduced its new Entry/Exit System, known as EES, for travelers visiting 27 European countries for short stays.

ETIAS stands for the European Travel Information and Authorization System. This is not a visa. ETIAS is a pre-travel authorization required for travelers from visa-exempt countries, including the United States and Canada, before entering many countries within Europe.
